Are you interested in learning from the best? Home-Tech is well known in Southwest Florida for the training provided to our new technicians via our Apprenticeship Program. Our new technicians are schooled at our Techster University, located at our Fort Myers Regional Office. Our trainers and onsite training facility provide the latest in HVAC repair education. You will be trained in a simple, no-nonsense way, combining classroom study, as well as on-the-job training.
Earn While You Learn
Step 1. Qualify as Apprentice to begin “Boot Camp” training for 8 weeks: $12/hr.
Step 2. Successful “Boot Camp” completion: $14/hr.
Step 3. Successful 90 day “Solo Field Training” completion: $16/hr.
From $12/hr to $16/hr in only 5 months.
